4-6-8-10-8-6-4 threshold latter on Flying Point/Wolfe's Neck/Pleasant Hill. Moving fast but in threshold zone. DP got a little burnt by the end though.
PM track workout #round3. here's to never ending circles. Ran with Jake and we splitted 36-38s for 30 minutes of 200on-100jog. Stomach was bugging me from lunch, seemed to be limiting factor today w/ low HRs (max of only 192 and only 9 minutes in L4). Was going fast and had fun duking it out with Jake on some, though, so no complaints.
