Rollerski-Classic 1:40:00 [4]

Penney Road classic TT, 15:16, ahr 194 (max 201). Went out hot to try catching Sean, got a little burnt by the end, mostly felt it in the double pole. Felt good but a little unpolished, pretty happy with how I skied considering I'm historically a much better skier than a rollerskier.

Skate speeds-6x100m max, stationary start. Felt like I could have done a lot more w/ the same quality but I was also getting beaten by a lot of the guys on matched sprints #slowtwitch. Sore throat/cold is mostly gone.

Easy double pole rollerski on Highland. Throat still hurts but I felt fine technically and energy wise. Came up a little short on time but I was fine with that since I'm sick and it's a recovery week.

Woke up with a sore throat this morning and threw the kitchen sink at it during the day. AM strength w/ 8x25 weighted rollerboard and 3 sets of pull-ups, one leg front lever, dips, and pistols.
4 PM

Run 1:30:00 [3]

PM 4x8 min L3 at Ararat, missed done due to an emergency bathroom stop. Felt good though, felt strong on the steep hill.
