Sand skiing at Morse-4x6 minutes at high threshold/low VO2. Felt pretty good, worked on putting a lot of the work into the legs. Like this style of workout. Running in/out of the beach but i'm logging it all as skiing because I'm lazy.

Skate speeds on Mere Point-2x15 min 30-90s. Took me a while to warm into it, but technique felt really good.

Long Falls Dam rollerski, worked on more synchronized DP. Nice to get some striding in. HR happy again, back to normal.

Bigelow Traverse plus some running back to the Stratton Hut. Energy felt great the whole time, I think I fueled well because it felt like I could have gone all day.
