Cough, splutter, sneeze! Volunteered at Victoria Parkrun then home to sulk. Missed the George Cummings Road Relays in Houston (again!) but there's no way I can race at the moment.

Cold now starting to surface. Nose starting to run, head and throat sore, feeling terrible. It took its time coming.
Easy run from work to the Lomondgate SUDS pond and back.
Not looking good for tomorrow's race.

Track session at Linwood track. Throat sore and felt crap - does this count as being ill? Ran off the back of the squad. The session was 10 x 400m (1min).

Intervals with the athletic club on the trails on Linwood Moss. Session was 1min (30secs) + (3 x 3mins (90secs)) + 1min (30secs) + (3 x 3mins (90secs)) + 1min (30secs) + (3 x 3mins (90secs)) + 1min.

Good group running this evening. It always amazes me how fast they can run over a short distance but I can beat them all in the races (although a couple are improving and it won't be too long before they start beating me).

Throat sore but running quite well.
