Run from the house to Houston House Woods, various laps of the fields with lots of hill thrown it. I've now got fairly important races (at least to me) over the next 4 weeks - a trail, a road, a cross-country, and an orienteering race, so I'll ease back on the training to try and stay as fresh as possible for them.

Mrs P wanted to go out mountain biking so we headed over to Ferguslie on various minor roads and farm tracks, then a few laps of the trails on Linwood Moss on the way back.

Another small step towards Mrs P's 250 Parkrun t shirt. Linwood Parkrun on soggy day. Not conditions for a fast time with the woodland trail section being very soft underfoot with lots of large puddles to splash through. Ran reasonably well after Thursday's track session and a good week's training.

Track session at Linwood track with the athletic club. Session was 15 x 400m (100m easy jog recovery in 1min). Running reasonably well for once.

Intervals with the athletic club on the trails on Linwood Moss. Most of the squad raced yesterday so the pace was slower than usual. Legs tired and calves a bit tight.
