Run form work through Dumbarton and over to Crosslet Estate, a lap of the paths in the wood and back. First training run in a short sleeved T shirt for a few months! Spring has arrived!

Lunchtime run from work up to the Lomondgate SUDs Pond, a lap, then on to the bridge over the Leven, back down the NCN7 in to Dumbarton and back to the depot.

Warm up before hill reps with athletic club.

Hill reps with the athletic club on Craigends Hill. Session was 10 reps but I only did 3 as I'm trying to be sensible before the JK. Breathing terrible again but peak flow meter reading's okay. Not sure what's going on.
