Sunday Mar 22 #

1 PM

Running 53:00 [3] 6.2 mi (8:33 / mi)
shoes: Kalengi Kiprun Trail MT

Run from the house to Crosslee, along the old mill lade to Bridge of Weir and back via a lap of the fields round Houstonfield Dam. Lovely day for it. Still very muddy along the mill lade.

Feeling better but fell asleep for two hours after the run again!

Saturday Mar 21 #

11 AM

Running 27:40 [3] 3.1 mi (8:55 / mi)
shoes: Brooks GTS 17

Still wiped out today - I guess it's going to take a few days for the stress of the past few days to get out of my system.

Amelia wanted her Parkrun fix so we headed over to Linwood Moss and ran round the course, Saw 6 other Parkrunners doing the same but all kept our distance from one another.

Couldn't face anything else. Fell asleep for 2 hours when I got home. Tells a story!

Friday Mar 20 #

4 PM

Running 42:00 [3] 4.6 mi (9:08 / mi)
shoes: Kelengi Kiprun Trail XT7

Run from the house over to Houston House Woods, a lap of the paths and back. Still very wet and muddy - there must have been a lot of rain while we were away? Lovely day for it.

Totally drained after the stress of the uncertainty of whether we would get home or be stranded in Cyprus, and then the travelling to do that. Great to get out again though.

Thursday Mar 19 #

Note

Another long (not quite so stressful day) getting from Leeds to Glasgow and then back to Houston.

Wednesday Mar 18 #

Note

An incredibly stressful day trying to get out of Cyprus! No chance to run.

Tuesday Mar 17 #

3 PM

Running 39:00 [3] 3.4 mi (11:28 / mi)
shoes: Kelengi Kiprun Trail XT7

Easy run from the hotel along the trail to the west of Pissouri Beach.

Monday Mar 16 #

Note

Didn't run today as part of my rest / build up before the British Champs which hadn't been cancelled by then.
