Quick run in pm. Cut it short after shins (esp L) hurting quite a bit. Not good, this shin pain, but not that surprising given the hardly slow-and-gentle re-entry into training last week. Couldn't resist the temptation of a few good long runs. Will have to ease up on the running for the next week or two, shift to biking. And start up those shin exercises again.
