Running (Treadmil Workout ) 40:00 [3]

Treadmill workout. Warmup easy 5 minutes walking. Then walk 5 minutes at 10 percent grade easy. Then do 30 minutes steady at 10% grade. Start at the very low end of steady intensity because the heart rate will rise as the workout continues.

2 hrs at the beach, honestly this run is so boring it felt hard. We were good about running the whole time. I guess that the difference on trail you stop and hike etc at the beach you just grind these runs out. not sure how people do that every week.
