British Middle Champs M55 2nd.
That was a surprise.
Felt like I was fighting the terrain most of the way round. Was really had to push myself on any uphill (must fix this lack of hill strength as it has become a very regular comment from me on AP).
Time loss kept to a minimum = good result.
Last time I got a medal at an individual forest British Champs was sometime in the early 1980's?
