Approx 775m with 675' climb.
1 with poles (11:00), 2 running (11:45), 3 half run half poles (11:05).
Left calf sore.
Cold (9 degrees), but bright morning.

Massive gaff as I thought this run was only 90mins-2hrs. No food or drink with me. Struggled a lot for last 90 mins as I was running (more walking than running) on empty.
Both ankle shot by the end. What a slog.
Greenfield Road, Broadstone Trig (19:52), Alderman's Hill, Dovestones, up incline and round edge to Chew Res, Ladlow Rocks, Black Hill and across Dean Head Moss back to Greenfield Rd.
