Trail running 30:00 [3] 3.0 km (10:00 / km)
shoes: Nike Anodyne 2 (USA)

Faffing around going to start and finish while others "enjoyed" the Trossachs. Right calf really sore. Not snapped, but very tender.

Urban Orienteering 31:45 [3] 6.0 km (5:18 / km) +350ft 4:52 / km
shoes: Nike Anodyne 2 (USA)

Stirling Black course from 2014 Castles race. Started at control nearest hotel by Vue cinema. Not able to access school grounds and switched from #30 to #12 to complete course.
RIGHT calf grumbled then shouted way too loud for me to ignore it. Ground to a halt at #14 and hobbled back to hotel. Broken yet again.

Urban Orienteering 17:06 [3] 3.63 km (4:43 / km)
shoes: NB Vibram

Honley Urban.
Whole course no breaks. Did all controls in park. Wet and slippery on cobbles and round church. Still a slow time. Glutes tight, but rest OK.
See April 2016

Road running 15:00 [3] 2.0 km (7:30 / km)
shoes: NB Vibram

Warm up/down.

Mountain/Fell running 1:48:00 [3] 11.5 km (9:23 / km) +1250ft 8:03 / km
shoes: Roclite 295 2 (original)

With Tim and Jim Allen from Crowden along Pennine Way to fence and back on my own as they went further.
All OK if you ignore the usual muscle aches and pains.

Trail running 34:00 [3] 6.2 km (5:29 / km) +200ft 5:14 / km
shoes: Nike Anodyne 2 (USA)

Slow and struggling run up the valley. Glutes not responding. Running in mud. Left knee weak.
