Dewsbury Urban.
Scrapped a win (three in a row).
A bit scrappy and a little too casual early on. Found drags in the park tough, but tried to push on at the end. Glutes and calves OK, but right ankle and achilles still really painful afterwards. Limping around at World ITU in Leeds.

Right ankle/achilles really painful. Limping everywhere.

Right ankle and achilles really stiff on way home. Limping badly.

Easy run without any legs, but with tight glutes and weak left knee in the rain and wind.

Right calf not great and both glutes.
Did it anyway.
