Up through Brockholes woods and hill to Farnley Tyas. Calf fine, left knee not good, weak and sore. Right hamstring moaned a bit.

Warm up and then HS2-2 at moderate pace.

All good. Qualifying pace.

Second go this time HS2-1.
3.51km in 14:17 (4:04/km).
Flat out pace, but still in Hoka trainers rather than racers as ground was wet and corners slippery. Slightly faster than last time.

Up valley including woods. Left calf BAD so strapped and socked it. Glutes moaning, knees moaning, ankles moaning. Old man aches and pains.
