Forgot to start watch so only guessing at time. Felt like 4:30 pace.

Had a five minute jog rest after MSV course.

Left calf a bit sore and back getting tight.

Over to Netherton through woods. Tired and lethargic today. Left knee weak.
Did a 400m effort (road) in 70 secs halfway through.

Left calf not great so did not push too hard. Lots of grass (wet) and banks to climb up ad down.

A bit on the short side, but hey-ho. Calf survived. Pushed a little bit more on this one. Good training.
