Mountain/Fell running 3:17:00 [3] 20.0 km (9:51 / km) +3200ft 7:55 / km
shoes: Inov8 X-Talon 212

From Stonethwaite up onto Bessyboot/Glaramara to re-visit some controls from last weekends OMM course. Still missed the col and knoll, but found the others OK in the good visibility.
AN to DI 13:50, DI to BX 10:23, BX to CR 10:04 and CR to BW 8:27 (AN to BW 110 pts 42:44). Last weekend AN to CR 50 pts in 55 mins.
Then over Allen Crags and back down Langstrath (long way!).
Left ankle sore. Right ankle ridiculously sore and painful after about 2 hours. Left knee had a tweak and lower back popped in to say hello right at the end.
Cold day (2 degrees) with a tiny amount of snow on Allen Crags. Enjoyable morning out until right ankle played up.
