CST qualifying round Sherwood Pines.
Ran up on Brown course to help out the club.
98 points for third place not good enough as we lost by two points.
Ran round the paths a lot and ended up running further than needed (OJ did 57 mins and 11.6 km).
Mins per km good enough for a good result on Blue course if I had done that instead. No pressure doing Brown so tried to enjoy it. Had many parts of forest to myself and never met anyone going my way.
Hamstrings tight in the terrain.
4:03 for 11th km is pleasing.

Fat Cat Urban.
A really tricky course planned by Tim T.
Managed to go from #4, #9, #6, #9, #5. 3 mins binned there.
Lots of puzzling route choices.
Maybe got six legs right.
Felt a bit like an interval session (fast as I can for 1min followed by a puzzled look at the map, then off again).
Can't let the confusion get the better of you, it's just for fun.
Enjoyed pushing myself and look forward to more urban in 2019.
