From Yorkshire Bridge. Winn Hill, Lose Hill, Mam For, Brown Knoll, Kinder edge, Crookstone and back to YB.
All good until I ran out of water after 2.5 hours. Asked a young couple if I could scrounge a drink and they gave me a 500ml bottle! Result! Still needed more and filled up from a spring .
Last 90 mins were a major sufferfest. So, so wanted to lie down and not take another step. I guess 4 plus hours was a bit much. Would have been fine with 2.5 hours.
Legs super dead now. Expect they will be awful tomorrow and Saturday!
