Complex area. Lots of pauses and a couple of 45-60s mistakes which was disappointing as my sore calf meant I was running at 75% speed. To my utter disgust this pace was still too much for my right hamstring which decided to go ping with 5 controls to go. Jogged in hoping it wouldn't get any worse. There is something wrong with me at the moment. I can not get any of the breaks and I can't work out why. I was being careful and not over stretching myself, honestly I really was taking it steady.
Should have been 2 mins quicker even at this steady pace. Wonder what I could have done had I not spent the last month injured. Need to piece myself back together soon.
