Keswick.
Mum's Run.
Ashness Bridge first.
Quads shot so taking it fairly easy.
Lovely day, great views.

Blencathra via Scales Fell x1.
Gate at Scales Farm to summit 39:28.
Mix of walk and run. No poles.
Left knee not happy early on. Calf and glute ok.
Very easy descent to preserve quads for another day.

Keswick.
From end Spooney Green Lane to Skiddaw Little Man and back.
Left knee not great (IT band), right calf had a bit of a grumble and behind left knee painful at the end.
Pushed on as much as body would let me. Downhill was, embarrassingly, about as quick as I can go.
50:13 at first summit. No poles. Ran all way to first gate on Jenkin Hill climb.

Warm up/down.
