Note

Tried a run, but left knee too painful. Comedy limping the best I could do. Will try KT tape and exercises, but not great.

Calf ok.
Left knee really had. Weak and sore. Getting worse during run and bad afterwards.

Up the valley. Left knee weak so limped for a bit. Calf OK. ITB both legs tight. Lower back aching.
