Not really up for this today. Hit the rev limiter a lot. Odd feeling. Calves not great and right hamstring a little tight.

Wet and windy. Streams for paths. No legs.

Friday Oct 30 #

Set off to tempo round the lake but boards were flooded so had to turn back. Chatting with random runner on way back. Pushing the pace on the way out and most of way back, except when chatting. Would have been nice to see what the full lap time would have been.
