Ashness Bridge and back. Hamstring still not good.

Round Keswick whilst support bubbling for my Dad. Very wet and cold.
R hamstring still knotted and very unhappy on the uphill near Castle Crag so had to walk.
Back still sore. Which is causing which injury? Back causing hamstring or hamstring causing back?

Up the valley again taking it very easy as R hamstring still not happy.
Both knees also tight along with ITB on both legs and lower back, of course.
