Round and round Scammonden with a socially distanced Charlie. Legs a bit sore. Slow up hill.

Halifax North MapRunG Lockdown event. Long course.
Rain and dull/low light.
Enjoyable course. Slippery in places on the cobbles and quite a few steps to negotiate.
Missed the best route on three or four legs. Failed to get on correct side of a hedge at last control (watch beeped as was within 2m of control). DQ.
Legs a little sore from yesterday.

First lap of Regular Irregular CW.
Last 20 mins from Honley Woods was a sufferfest as I was running on empty. Bonked.
Had to walk home afterwards and have a lie down.
Course record by a couple of minutes.

Ossett MapRunG Lockdown event. Long.
Tried to cruise round especially when accelerating so as to not stress the hamstring. Still felt like hard work.
There is something wrong mechanically at the moment. Nothing is working quite as it should. Lower back not happy.
