Left calf gippy as hell.

Turfing round the streets of Huddersfield. Left calf suddenly tightened up after 5km so hobbled back to car.

Turfing round the streets of Huddersfield. Whilst collecting some turf found myself simultaneously losing turf to Janet. Only one option. Had to retake the turf I had visited 30 mins earlier! Slightly longer run than I wanted. Tried to keep up a good pace between stops.
