Easy on Latrigg after work. Loved it. A lot of shifts starting at 7am so doubling won't really be an option other than days off but the quality of running here is such that this isn't a problem, plus the work is active enough. Days off = O or a chance to explore some other hills too! Will see how it goes in the next few weeks in terms of training but winding down for the JK and sharpening up seems to have come at the right time.
