Went and had a bit of a bit out at parkrun. Solo, wiggling through people at the end so not really a full out effort but it was a fair go. Maybe as expected coming off a plane and moving to the lakes amongst other things that are going on but feel like i can go quicker than this. 3 month lay off is reasomably evident speed wise. Feeling a bit meh about this and stiff more generally at the minute, not really sure where I'm at.
