Keswick Parkrun. Absolutely minging weather, chucking it down and windy but a better feel on this one. Didn't look at my watch and just went to see what would happen. Felt pretty strong despite the trail being muddy. Good battle with a guy dressed as 118, he just edged me, damn. has run 14:02 though...
