Note

Submitted my dissertation today! Masters done (barring any disasters). Job starting in October so looking forward to some more relaxed weeks before then.

Long-o training which Oli planned for me on Wharncliffe. Nice mix of runnable forest, rocky sections and grotty bits. Orienteering quite well, especially on the fine nav but the terrain made it tough going meaning longer and medium legs felt a bit disjointed, tough to keep contact and upright. Couple of bad exit directions and loss of focus coming in to the circles. Definitely frustrated by it at times but worked to keep chugging through. Physically still quite tired too, not sleeping too well.
