Chatted with Kim yesterday and she thought it was ok to test out a short, easy jog to see how my leg reacted. Didn't notice any pain when running, just tightness in my R quad from having tried to not use it in the past week (will stretch and roll). Bit of a waiting game to see how it reacts. RICEd afterwards. Marginally longer than intended with a wrong turn.
