Running (Warm up) 9:53 [1] 2.12 km (4:40 / km) +20m 4:27 / km
ahr:141 max:159 shoes: New Balance m1080 v5 (green)

To Joe's to pick up a map then a small loop.

Orienteering 17:06 [3] 3.61 km (4:44 / km) +97m 4:11 / km
ahr:165 max:182 shoes: New Balance m1080 v5 (green)

Pre jec running out on a sprint map. Joe planned a tricky course on Walkley for me, not the most relevant and definitely more technical than JEC will be. Moving well generally, keeping it nice and relaxed but struggled to see the map a couple of times with the bag on. Slow and hesitant through the really technical bit and it only clicked halfway through that speed wasn't the most important bit. Good session to get out the way and more confident by the end.

Orienteering 5:33 [3] 1.26 km (4:24 / km) +11m 4:13 / km
ahr:168 max:179 shoes: New Balance m1080 v5 (green)

Reran the technical bit. Focus on flow and planning, worked well.

Running 10:38 [1] 1.93 km (5:31 / km) +72m 4:39 / km
ahr:155 max:169 shoes: New Balance m1080 v5 (green)

Home.

Note
(sick) (rest day)

Came down very ill last night, really bad nights sleep and just felt dreadful, suspicion of a bit of food poisoning. Feel fine now, but having the day off and not risking it before the weekend, even circuits may have been pushing it. Also got a blister on my right foot last week sometime and it's taking a long while to recover/my foot around it feels bruised and painful.
