Nice out with max and Saville on burbage then dropped down to padley and up longshaw. Some tough little climbs but good chat and a nice run outml.

Really nice evening out. Up Porter, top part with Paul Keane (?) DPFR runner I ran in to, the split off, up to Oxstones and across to Burbage before coming back down porter via lady cannings. Felt pretty good on the whole, great evening for it.

Cruise around the SYO long at the edge. Fairly chilled just flowing nicely. No real effort.

Solo long run in Rivelin. Along the valley floor then a steady climb up to secret stone. Up to redmires then a loop around before home on too path. Felt a bit tired and was glad I took a gel with me, should have eaten more beforehand. Glad to be getting some climb in.

Back in a very wet Rivelin. Most of the standard route but took in the steeper climb up to top path from the bridge instead of Coppice. Shin hurting on the downhill's but other than that feeling ok. So much easier to run in Sheffield. The cut on my shin is healing nicely and shouldn't be an issue in a few days but the swelling on the skin on top of the bone is what's hurting I think, big bruising and hurts when my calf or anything is pulled. Should settle down and not be too much of an issue though.

SHI relay. Good running from Jamie sent me out in a position to chase and with it being marginally better running today and being in a team I was in the mood to ignore the mood to ignore the pain in my leg and man up a bit. An alright run, lost time through being very scrappy but couldn't have made up any more places. Annoyed to be so bad in the circles relatively on such an easy area but sent Jonny out in 4th which he made up to 3rd so good running from the team. Felt ploddy and my leg still stopped me from attacking anything but gave it a go today but I think it still did limit my map reading. Glad that england won and looking forward to just running for a bit now.
