Run over towards Loxley to pick up my Dark Peak vest with Joe then back over Stannington and up reverse standard. Suffering on any climb after yesterday.

Hill session with Dane, Bartram and Tenty.
7:30 tempo then 6x80, 6x60, 6x30 up from the start of heroes. Brutal session on that gradient, real tough mentally and physically, moving pretty well though, not too far off Dane, maybe 10-15 on the long ones and drawing about level on the short. Encouraging, was suspicious of my knee but it held up ok, need to make sure to roll.
