Control colecting for the Peak Raid at Glossop. Really tough with a lot of climb, no paths, and boggy/cold/wet conditions. Enjoyed myself though, chugging on the climbs and rough stuff as expecting not being used to it now but happy to have ran in terrain for 80 mins. Knee a little stiff at the end but nothing unexpected, good week of building done.

Would have gotten very easy for me to get carried away so having a day off before collecting controls at the Peak Raid tomorrow. Also let's me finish off an assignment for monday and be cautious with the knee so not a bad thing.

Easy cruise up and down Porter Summit. No problems other than a bit of fatigue and a bog stop. Body felt a bit better today.

HR now just seems pretty irrelevant. Easy standard with Joe, was feeling a bit leggy and puffy today but wanted to notch up the distance a touch at this easy pace and felt good. Quite a big mental barrier I think to just nip over the hour with no negative effect on the knee. First headtorch run of the year!

ESPS night tonight and dad stayed over and was leaving early so thought I'd get up and get it done. Easy cruise around standard but tired from a combination of running and gym as well as a poor nights sleep but was moving ok. HR awol again but cba buying a new one right now. Enjoyed this and nothing from my knee! Weighing in nice and light today as Well!
