Started a steady one and was feeling fine for 7k then got hit by a truckload of exhaustion, like the whole last week all at once. Head went dizzy and felt really weak so phoned it in and jogged home. Annoying lack of miles this week. Planning day tomorrow for the next few months, a lot of racing coming up when I get out there next week and I want to make sure I'm back to consistent training, starting tomorrow.
