Wet, muddy, cold long run on the fields, much enjoyment. Wanted to get 100mins in before the JK, good to feel pretty strong throughout all things considered from the last week!

Easy lake lap after work. HR a bit wack again and legs a little tired. Probably won't get to run tomorrow so not too fussed about today being bigger. Feet have largely behaved themselves!

Easy on Latrigg after work. Loved it. A lot of shifts starting at 7am so doubling won't really be an option other than days off but the quality of running here is such that this isn't a problem, plus the work is active enough. Days off = O or a chance to explore some other hills too! Will see how it goes in the next few weeks in terms of training but winding down for the JK and sharpening up seems to have come at the right time.
