Stopped and did a bit of O on Crich with Mary on the way back up. Very rough and grown up so not very pleasant to move through. Nice to run out with a map in hand but not the best area/course.

Running 4:04 intensity: (1 @2) + (4:03 @3) 0.88 km (4:38 / km) +2m 4:34 / km

Just managed to squeeze in a trundle up Clough Head and back in the light on my way back in to Keswick, nice. Most reasonable week in a long time.

Went and had a bit of a bit out at parkrun. Solo, wiggling through people at the end so not really a full out effort but it was a fair go. Maybe as expected coming off a plane and moving to the lakes amongst other things that are going on but feel like i can go quicker than this. 3 month lay off is reasomably evident speed wise. Feeling a bit meh about this and stiff more generally at the minute, not really sure where I'm at.

Running warm up/down 17:52 intensity: (9 @1) + (7 @2) + (40 @3) + (16:44 @4) + (12 @5) 3.28 km (5:27 / km) +15m 5:20 / km

Running 1:41:09 [2] 21.06 km (4:48 / km) +195m 4:35 / km

Wet, muddy, cold long run on the fields, much enjoyment. Wanted to get 100mins in before the JK, good to feel pretty strong throughout all things considered from the last week!

Running 30:00 [1] 6.06 km (4:57 / km) +45m 4:46 / km
ahr:164 max:177 shoes: Nike Zoom Pegasus 35

Easy on the railway pb, little longer than initially intended but I was enjoying it too much! Garmin being a bit daft.
6 PM

Running 1:15:26 [2] 15.68 km (4:49 / km) +155m 4:35 / km
ahr:160 max:180 shoes: Nike Zoom Pegasus 35

Easy lake lap after work. HR a bit wack again and legs a little tired. Probably won't get to run tomorrow so not too fussed about today being bigger. Feet have largely behaved themselves!

Monday Apr 1 #

5 PM

Running 1:01:15 intensity: (4:39 @1) + (19:53 @2) + (32:34 @3) + (4:09 @4) 12.32 km (4:58 / km) +380m 4:19 / km
ahr:148 max:173 shoes: Nike Zoom Pegasus 35

Easy on Latrigg after work. Loved it. A lot of shifts starting at 7am so doubling won't really be an option other than days off but the quality of running here is such that this isn't a problem, plus the work is active enough. Days off = O or a chance to explore some other hills too! Will see how it goes in the next few weeks in terms of training but winding down for the JK and sharpening up seems to have come at the right time.
