Long run incorporating the inter-hostel challenge for the month. Thought about Sedbergh but got a busy weekend and a long day so still wanted my evening for myself. From the spooney gate up Carlside, Skiddaw, Skiddaw House and back round Glenderaterra. Felt alright, not crushing myself but going at a fair lick and feeling alright other than a very minor relief stop just before skiddaw house. Bit muggy and claggy on the top but enjoyed it.

Went to do some training on Whinlatter. Forest was super thick and rough, which coupled with an 11 year old 1:15 map made for pretty grim training. About all I could do with what I had but a shame on a nice evening. Still good to get out and not the worst thing to have a shorter/easier day, busy at work and feeling tired generally.
