2x3km tempo (2), 5x200m(30s). Pretty nice session, first tempo relaxed, second with a touch more gas. Had to cut out of the park after being chased by a dog annoyingly but didn't change much. Good to turn over on the 2's.

Jogged round the WCOC event at Setmurthy. Not the most inspiring area but at least there was controls out. Tried to avoid the paths as much as possible to make it more technically benficial (causing 1 bigger mistake on 5). Otherwise a nice evening for a trot out.

Went over to Harrop Tarn for some training. Last event in '07 so was a little nervous about the map, but other than the area being significantly rougher than it was then, most of the features were there. Really wet and a lot of windblown made for slow going and having to adjust around some of it, hence some unsmooth lines but felt like I kept contact pretty well and enjoyed myself. Clag on the open made it beneficial too. Good session.

Anyone have any tips on how to make images posted in here a bit better quality? Especially when opened in a new tab?

Walla, Bleaberry, High Seat, Walla. Few efforts on some of the climbs. Nice evening, body felt better for a rest day but still a little off after going out for Lee's birthday on Sunday.
