SROC event at Eaves Wood on the way to the FRA dinner. First run since the OMM, felt pretty sluggish even just trotting around. Shin a bit sore but groin more so (both from last weeekend). Orienteered well other than a silly 2 minute error at the end switching off going in to the more technical low vis and number 10 being in the wrong place . Enjoyed it though.

Nice ride out to Bradfield and around Strines then back down Rivelin. Body actually feeling really good. Shin still a little sore but seem to be recovering well.
