Managed to work out a huge knot in my calf from rolling, not the same spot that initially felt like it tweaked but much less soreness and noticeable walking today. Felt that a session was maybe a little ambitious but wanted to do something a bit more purposeful. WU then 5x a loop of a steep climb, steady along the top and then a controlled effort back down and recovery on the flat to the start. Aim wasn't all out but keeping form and feeling in control. Still worked hard but a really good session, thoroughly enjoyed it.
