Ladybower session. 20WU, 3k(2), 5k(3), 3k(2), 25ishWD. Felt good and hit all of the paces well (3k-3:45s, 5k-3:30s, 3k-3:15s) despite the undulations. Was working hard for the last one but didn't feel like I was flagging. Positive session, made this into my longer weekend run as it worked better life wise.
