Nice with Joe out and back toward Oughtibridge then another loop on my own after to get 90 in. Felt really good physically, bit of aching in the shin but will keep an eye on it.

Sprint långpass. Linked sprint trainings from Walkley, Weston Park & Uni, Collegiate and the Botanical Gardens. Not a huge amount of technical value at this pace but good to focus in on the process and still a couple of small hesitations. Felt pretty wiped out though and horrible conditions didn't help. Slight niggle in right shin too. Still, good to get out.

Snowy loop on Clough Head on my way back. Tough conditions with deep snow, wind and clag but was moving quite well. Turned back before going higher as it felt like it would get worse so kept it safe. Lucky to have been able to get out in the Lakes.

Two day training course in Cumbria so took the opportunity to get on some hills. Nice "local" loop linking Gavel Fell, Blake Fell and Burnbank Fell. Felt pretty good.
