Felt knackered today and not really all that engaged. Woods quite physical, steep and a bit brambly. Shin niggling on rough ground but seemingly ok on the flat. Not a particularly good session all in all but got it done.

Jog out to the canal from accomodation, 3x2km(90s), 5x30s(30s), wd back. Canal path was quite uneven underfoot and had some undulations with the locks but pleased to have felt pretty strong despite the cold. Shin felt fine.

ShUOC circuits. Precautionary day off running to let my shin ease down. No day off since last year so good to conslidate a good training block as well.

Ache seems to be around where my scar is from Euromeeting 2017 so perhaps the scar tissue has been tight with tighter calves. No pain but able to feel it.
