Shin sore today, I guess as a result of yesterday, started running but stopped almost straight away, probably a good thing to rest. Did some rehab stuff on it.
Feel like I've been overdoing it, underrecovering and under-fueling. Not much time with work recently plus a lot of other busy things getting in the way which has been frustrating. Hoping things settle down soon and my shin recovers, it's taking longer than expected.
