Didn't want to run but Grey and Joss wouldn't ahve had a team and my plan was to just get around the course.
Luckily every one in Devon was dieing off and so Ian Bowles could take my place.
Grey did good to average, Joss did well, so they were pleased to get relay experience.

Flurry was the stand out though, as he got to the start line 10 mins late and had no idea what was happening and still came back in second and ran the second fastest time out of all the M12s. He has tonnes of potential!

Still really badly injured and probably shouldn't have started but I wanted to at least give it a try because so much had been building to this.
Decided 20 mins before my start that I would do it and so mental attitude would never be good let a lone my ankle pain.
Navigated horribly and I knew I had given up and so got to 4 and just walked back, so glad I didn't try to run because a good time for me would have been around 90 mins and so ankle and bad navigating I would have been out for hours!

I'm not going to go into the details but I messed up 3 horrendously but even worse at the end I fell over twisting my bad leg making me hobble the rest and I'm not even sure I can run tomorrow.
The people I beat must really have been horrendous!
Really annoying as the course really suited me.

Generally average run, never really got into the map after a 2 min fuck up that cost me the race!
Still only 15 secs behind Harry Butt not how that happened!
