Went to Crossfit with SES and Rachael. SES did lifting,Rach did Muay Thai. I did Kettlebell.

Kettlebell class.
Warmup using 16kilo 2X Monkwalk, 15 around the world (both directions), 15 one handed swings per arm, and 15 air squats.

First WOD using 32kilo for swings and situps, 2x 16 kilo for Thrusters-
7 min ladder 1rep,2rep,3rep/set....
Thrusters/ KB Situps/KB swings
Completed 6 sets, 7 Thrusters and 7 situps

Second Wod using 24 kilo
3 x 100 metre sprint followed by 25 Goblet Squats
Completed in 8:44

I HATE GOBLET SQUATS!!

Workout with SES
Jog 1.8km from the house to the Chedoke stairs and walk down. Then 4 repeats on the bottom 1/4 of 1 stair at a time/ 2 stairs at a time with 20 pushups after each set. 30 seconds rest between sets. After the last set, steady walking pace back to the top and jog home.
