POM day 3 middle, Quiaios

Overate at a buffet the nigh before - bloated & nervous & fat & dry mouthed. not a good start.

tried wayyy too hard, terrible no 2 (GO ROUND THE PATHS), but by being aggressive & racing flat out was probably back in with a shout (eg. faster than Ben Mitchell on my leg 5....), when my brain imploded & the 2 codes in my head (104, 100) became switched so when i found 100 having bananaed, I was happy having found "my" control. In oxygen debt, I didnt' realise when I failed to find the next control easily, why.

Last few easy controls i was sprinting like a total bastard, not run like this since 2016.

Dry mouth; stressed; not enjoying it. THis isnt' what it's about.
