L calf stabbing pains initially, eased with hip stretches. Garmin omitted first loop of around 13 mins, 1.5km?
Very hot. Cut thru woods twice, regretted it both times & very nasty undergrowth)
NB> had bad wind in night, & then had a horrendous & massive dump in the woods. this could be relevant - we'll never know (see tomorrow).
