Felt pretty off colour today, but cycled into town (final shop for a while?) & had some ridiculous HR stuff coming out of my Garmin. 150bpm on the first 500m downhill? Get out! also 70% of the ride was in "tempo" Zone3 (143 - 153 bpm) - urm, no? (on the way home, 70% was in zone 2 .....). (and its' more uphill on the way back!)

I then went walking and took my pulse whilst watching what Garmin was saying my pulse was 99 on average for a flat slow 10min walk..... "Conclusion: it’s overstating my HR . I took my pulse constantly & it varied between 75 & 90. Usually 80-84. At times the Garmin was saying >100. & often above 95"
anyway, I'm still feeling rather rough so whatever. Taking the whole week off running.
